Description: Zoo/Aquarium. Seasonal jobs in guest services. Jobs include: Admissions Associate – Sell tickets and memberships at facility gates and ensure the
safe, orderly entry of guests into the Aquarium.
Greeter – Provide information and directions to guests at various locations throughout the facilities.
Membership Sales Associate – Sell NY Zoos and Aquarium memberships.
Office Associate – Provide office administrative support and provide customer service by phone / email.
Park Services Associate – Clean and maintain grounds.
Parking Attendant – Guide guests to safely and efficiently park their vehicles
Ride Attendant – Guide guests to safely and efficiently enter and exit rides. Positions may be full time or part time.
Requirements: Must have excellent customer service attitude. Previous relevant experience. Able to work standing up and in the sun for long hours.
